Welcome to echosystems.org (“we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Organization”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website located at echosystems.org (the “Site”) and any related services provided by ECHO Systems.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not access or use the Site.

By using this Site, you affirm that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
 Your access and use of the Site are also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The Site is operated by ECHO Systems, a nonprofit organization dedicated to reducing locally generated single-use waste and promoting sustainability through education, technical assistance, reuse solutions, and community outreach. 

The Site offers information about our programs, initiatives, events, newsletters, resources, volunteer opportunities, and ways to support our work (including donations).

3. Use of the Site

You may access and use the Site solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to use the Site:

  • To interfere with the operation or security of the Site.

4.1 Newsletter and Forms

When you subscribe to newsletters (e.g., Philly Talks Trash) or submit forms (e.g., interest or contact forms), you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You may receive communications from us in accordance with your consent and our Privacy Policy.

If any part of the Site requires an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Donations and Payments

The Site may allow you to donate to support ECHO Systems and its programs. All donations are processed through third-party payment processors (such as Donately). Your use of any payment services is subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third parties.

Donations are non-refundable unless required by law.

6.1 Ownership

All content on the Site (including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software) is owned or licensed by ECHO Systems and is protected under copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
